USAGE PRICING

Note: This page only applies to you if we are creating and setting up a brand new CRM for you. If you are having us manage an existing CRM, then any usage pricing from your existing account applies.

There are certain features in your CRM that are on a "pay per use" scale. Meaning they cost you nothing monthly, but we do keep a small balance in your wallet to pay for these as you need them.

Once your wallet is depleted we refresh it via another charge - usually $10.

Most plans also include a certain amount of "complimentary usage credits" which refresh every month, depending on which plan you are signed up for. If you have questions about your specific plan, and how many credits you will receive each month, email us at [email protected] to inquire.

The balance of your wallet never expires.

$0.0295 per SMS Segment (Note: the cell providers are very detailed about this cost. Any plain text SMS > 160 characters counts as additional segments. Once you start adding emojis to your SMS messages also start using more segments.). Any simple SMS that is plain text and < 160 characters = a single segment.

$0.0125 per Email verification. Verifies the validity of email address on FIRST send only.
